At ActiveModesty, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it reaches you safely and as quickly as possible, wherever you are in the world.
Worldwide Shipping
ActiveModesty proudly ships worldwide.
If your country is available during checkout, we can deliver to your destination.
Should your country not yet be available, please contact our Customer Care team. We will do our best to find a suitable shipping solution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
The shipping rate depends on several factors, including:
- destination country;
- package weight;
- package dimensions;
- number of items ordered;
- selected shipping service.
The total shipping cost will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Partners
To ensure reliable worldwide delivery, we work primarily with DHL and, where appropriate, other trusted international delivery partners.
Depending on your destination, another carrier may complete the final stage of delivery.
Order Processing
Orders placed on business days before 11:00 PM (CET) are usually processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 PM, during weekends or on Dutch public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During product launches, promotional campaigns or holiday periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the selected shipping service.
An estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout whenever possible.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Occasional delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, local postal services or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or other governmental charges may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise during checkout.
ActiveModesty has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal Track & Trace link.
This allows you to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
ActiveModesty cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered or collected, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our Customer Care team.
We will immediately investigate the shipment together with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
Please note that carrier investigations may take several business days before a final outcome is available.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your parcel upon arrival.
If your package or its contents have been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- your order number;
- photographs of the shipping box;
- photographs of the damaged product(s);
- photographs of the shipping label, where possible.
We will work with you to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
